How to use

  2. 2. Fit the silicone mouthpiece into the device and switch it on.

  5. 5. Use consistently and reassess at the eight to twelve week mark.
Care and cleaning
  • Remove the silicone mouthpiece after every session, rinse it in warm water with a little mild soap and let it air dry.
  • Wipe the LED pod with a soft dry cloth and never submerge it.
