Pvolve P.Ball is the signature piece of equipment used exclusively in the Pvolve Method, and the reason the method is known for shaping legs and glutes. Held between the thighs by its adjustable strap it changes the demand of every move. As a bonus, the ball and the band can be used separately to level up your planks, work the upper body and more. The set includes an adjustable removable elastic strap, an optional extender, a hand pump and a needle.

1. 1. Inflate the ball with the hand pump and needle until firm.
2. 2. Fit the elastic strap around the ball.
3. 3. Place it between your thighs and adjust the strap to fit.
4. 4. Add the extender if you need more length.
5. 5. Remove the strap to use the ball on its own for planks and upper body work.

• Wipe the ball with a damp cloth after use and let it air dry. Keep it away from sharp edges and store it out of direct sun so the material stays supple.
