Heat and vibration work independently, which means it can be used purely as a foot warmer at a desk through the winter with the massage switched off entirely.

1. Set it on the floor and slide both feet into the pockets, socks on.
2. Switch on the heat, the vibration, or both.
3. Keep sessions to about twenty minutes.
4. Turn the heat off if the skin feels uncomfortably warm.
