How to use

  2. 2. Insert the ice pack and the vibration device into the unit.
  3. 3. Place it over the elbow, wrist or ankle.
  4. 4. Pull the strap through the D ring and set the pressure.
  5. 5. Switch on and let the ten minute timer run out.
Care and cleaning
  • Wipe the neoprene with a damp cloth and air dry it flat. Keep the ice packs in the freezer between sessions and remove the batteries if it will be unused for a long time.
