Underarm Toning Device

The Underarm Toner emits micro electric currents to stimulate the arm muscles for a sleeker, more toned look. Using Electrical Muscle Stimulation, it contracts the muscles automatically, which replaces traditional arm exercises. Use it fifteen minutes a day for slimmer, more toned arms in one to two months. It has ten training modes and adjustable intensity.

1. 1. Fit a gel pad inside each cuff so it sits against the skin.
2. 2. Wrap a cuff around each upper arm and fasten the straps snugly.
3. 3. Switch on and select a training mode.
4. 4. Raise the intensity until you feel a firm contraction, then leave it there.
5. 5. Run for fifteen minutes, then switch off and cover the gel pads with their film.

• Cover the gel pads with their protective film after every session to keep them usable. Wipe the neoprene cuffs with a soft barely damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not machine wash. Store the cuffs flat somewhere dry.
