The NUVORA TENS & EMS Foot Massager with Infrared Heat is a flat pad that combines two kinds of electrical stimulation with infrared warmth under the soles. TENS and EMS produce different sensations, and having both means a session can be a light surface tingle one evening and a deeper muscular pulse the next.

Three heat levels let you set the warmth independently of the stimulation, and a twenty five minute session runs automatically with adjustable timing if you want it shorter.
