Skin Firming E.M.S. Gloves tighten and tone using Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Electrodes built into the fingertips produce gentle microcurrents, so you simply touch your legs, face, waist or any other area and the current follows your hands. There are five wave pattern modes and ten levels of adjustable intensity, an auto shutoff timer at 20 minutes, and up to 60 minutes of use from a charge that takes about 20 minutes over USB. 1. 1. Charge the gloves over USB and put them on so they sit close to the skin.
2. 2. Switch on and choose a wave pattern.
3. 3. Set the intensity to level one.
4. 4. Rest your fingertips on the area you want to work and raise the intensity until the contraction feels firm.
5. 5. Let the 20 minute timer end the session, then switch off and remove them.

• Wipe the fingertips and palms with a soft barely damp cloth after use and let them air dry fully. Do not machine wash, soak or tumble dry. Charge them before storing and keep them flat somewhere dry.
