The Neck Exerciser adds resistance to a part of the body most training misses. Thin industrial strength springs sit inside a soft touch foam collar shaped to cradle the neck and shoulders. Put it on, hold the grips and tilt your head back or to the side against the springs. Used for a few minutes a day it helps build strength and supports the natural curve of the neck.

How to use
