The panel puts out 10,000 LUX at 6400K, the equivalent of full sunlight, from a compact white tabletop unit you set beside you on a desk or a kitchen table. Use it from six to ten inches away while you read, work or eat, for anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours a day.

How to use
  1. 1. Set the lamp on a desk or table six to ten inches from your face, angled toward you but off to one side.
  2. 2. Plug it in and press the button to switch on. Press again to change between High and Low.
  3. 3. Carry on reading, working or eating. You do not need to look at the panel directly.
  4. 4. Watch the timer lights fill in every twenty minutes. The lamp shuts off on its own after two hours.
  5. 5. Aim for 30 to 120 minutes a day, mornings for most people.
Care and cleaning
  • Wipe the diffuser panel with a soft dry cloth to keep the light even. Nothing abrasive and no sprays on the surface.
  • Unplug before cleaning and keep liquids away from the unit.
  • Store it upright on its stand rather than face down.
