The LED Pain Relief Back Wrap is a flat black pad carrying sixty infrared LEDs, held in place by wide adjustable straps. It is built to move around the body: the same pad fastens around the lower back, a knee, a thigh or the neck. It runs from an inline controller and gives off a gentle warmth rather than the strong heat of a heating pad.

How to use
  1. 1. Choose the strap length that suits the area you are treating.
  2. 2. Attach the pad to the strap and position it LED side against the skin.
  3. 3. Fasten the strap so the pad sits flat and firm without pinching.
  4. 4. Connect the controller and switch on.
  5. 5. Rest for fifteen to twenty minutes, then switch off and unfasten.
Care and cleaning
  • Wipe the LED face with a soft barely damp cloth after use and let it dry before storing. Do not submerge the pad or wash it. The straps can be aired and wiped down. Store the pad flat with the cable loosely coiled.

How long is a session?
