How to use
  1. 1. Connect the cable to the controller and the power supply.
  2. 2. Place the band across your forehead with the LED side against the skin.
  3. 3. Fasten the hook and loop at the back until it feels snug.
  4. 4. Switch on and settle back comfortably.
  5. 5. Switch off and unfasten when the session ends.
Care and cleaning
  • Wipe the inner face with a soft barely damp cloth and let it dry fully before storing. Do not machine wash, soak or tumble dry. Unplug it before cleaning and store it flat or loosely rolled.

How do I wear it?

Flat across the forehead with the LED side against the skin, fastened at the back with the hook and loop tab. It should feel snug rather than tight.

What are red and near infrared light?
