The NUVORA Doorway Full Body Massage System mounts across a doorway in seconds and puts you in charge of the pressure: you lean into the rollers rather than a motor pressing into you, which means the intensity is exactly what your own weight decides it should be. It reaches the neck, back, shoulders and legs from a standing position.

Two sets of interchangeable rollers come in the box. The ball shaped heads spread the contact over a wider area for a broader, gentler pass, while the blade shaped heads narrow it down for working along the sides of the spine or into one specific knot.

It fits doorways between twenty four and thirty six inches wide and comes down in seconds when the doorway is needed.

How to use
  1. Measure the doorway and fit the bar at the height that suits the area you want to work.
  2. Check the mounting is firm before leaning any weight into it.
  3. Fit the ball heads for a broad pass or the blade heads for a narrow one.
  4. Stand with your back to the rollers and lean in gently, moving to find the spot.
  5. Work either side of the spine, never directly on it.
