Apply oil or lotion, squeeze the soft silicone bulb, place the glass rim on the skin and release. You control the suction entirely by hand. Glide the cup upward and outward along the jawline, cheekbones and forehead for an instant, entirely natural looking lift.

How to use

Care and cleaning

Frequently asked questions

Will it leave circular marks?

Not on the face, as long as you keep the cup gliding rather than parked in one spot. The marks people associate with cupping come from static suction on the body, which is a different technique.

Do I need oil?

Yes, and generously. Facial oil or a rich lotion is what lets the cup slide. On dry skin it will grip and pull, which is uncomfortable and is where marks come from.

Which direction do I move it?

Always upward and outward. Jaw toward the ear, cheek toward the temple, brow toward the hairline. Slow strokes, and release the bulb before lifting the cup off.

How often can I do it?

Three or four times a week, five to ten minutes at a time. It is gentle enough for that rhythm and the effect on puffiness and circulation builds with regular use.
