How to use

Do I need a gel with it?

For the EMS mode, yes. A conductive gel or a slippery hydrating serum lets the four probes glide and carries the current properly. The light modes can be used on bare skin.

Which light should I use?

Red when fine lines, dullness and circulation are the concern. Blue when you are dealing with breakouts or visible pores. Many people alternate depending on the week.

How do I move it across my face?

Upward and outward, always. Jaw to ear, mouth corner to cheekbone, brow to hairline. Slow strokes of a few seconds each, keeping the probes flat against the skin.

How often should I use it?

Daily is fine, five or ten minutes at a time. EMS works cumulatively, so short regular sessions do far more than an occasional long one.

Can I use it on my neck?
