Adjustable vibration runs alongside the compression, and heat can be directed to the upper or the lower part of the knee depending on where you want the warmth to sit.

The wrap is reversible, so a single unit fits either knee, and it is large enough to use on a calf instead when that is what needs attention.

An LCD panel puts mode, intensity and heat under fingertip control, and a twenty minute automatic shutoff ends each session without you having to watch the time.

1. Wrap it around the knee and fasten it snugly rather than tightly.
2. Start on the lowest setting.
3. Choose the mode, intensity and heat position on the LCD panel.
4. Let the twenty minute timer end the session.
