The NUVORA Bionic-Point Heat & Cold Massager pairs percussion with a temperature plate, so you can warm a tight area before working it or cool it down afterwards. Five intensity levels run from a gentle 1,800 RPM up to a brisk 2,800 RPM.

A digital control panel shows exactly which setting and temperature mode you are on rather than leaving you to guess. The professional grade housing is weighted and contoured for a long session without hand fatigue, and the head shape lets it sit flat against the back, shoulders or calves.

It runs from the included AC adaptor, so there is no battery to charge or to run down partway through a session, and the controls stay within thumb reach while the unit is in use.

3. Start at the lowest intensity and move the head steadily.
4. Keep heat and cold sessions short, with a thin cloth between the plate and the skin if needed.
